I know the reason I quit posting on this blog a few years ago. It was because we had to work through a grieving process because of a loss we had suffered. Sometimes grief in any form takes a few years to heal from and it consumes a lot of your excess energy. In the meantime, we have continued to travel around AZ and enjoyed its beauties. We purchased a new home and moved closer to our adopted hometown of Gilbert, although our address says Mesa (one street over). And we continue to live and enjoy our life here.
Now my daughter and her husband are in the processing of adopting a beautiful son named Isaiah (age 5) and our family is growing soon with the addition of a new daughter-in-law as my son moves back to the states from Brazil. Life changes, the unexpected happens.
The object of our grief hasn't been been made whole yet, but there is still prayer, hope and faith to get us through.
