Sitting on the Corner in Gilbert, AZ

Sitting on the Corner in Gilbert, AZ.  What a fine sight to see. This is one of my favorite street corners in my adopted hometown.  I am sitting on a bench, waiting for my husband and friends to arrive, looking up at at a Coca Cola sign reminiscent of my southern roots and enjoying the smell of delicious Joe's BBQ in the air.

 

 

 

The occasion is my husband's birthday.  The children in the above picture (Rylee, Josh, & Hanna) made sure that their Dad (Adam) got Mike balloons and cupcakes with BLUE icing they helped their mom (Jen) to make.   Good friends, good food, good fellowship.
